We offer multiple selections in our meal prep and with the assistance of your nutritionist, we can help you adhere to dietary guidelines and meal prep for all types of conditions that your Doctor requires of you.  The list is not all-inclusive and our Chefs meal prep for more than this:

3. We meal prep for Corporations ranging from giving employees healthy options to live-in facilities such as Hospitals and Rehab Facilities. 
4. We meal prep for Individuals to Families.  
5. We meal prep for those under certain restrictions from their Doctor.  Did you just have surgery?  Are you rehabbing an injury? Are you battling something worse?  Our chefs can do our part to help and put your mind at ease! 
6. Believe it or not, we have been asked to provide Meal Prep to assist your Pet Family Members from Dogs and Puppies to Cats and Kittens!  Yes, Dogs do have meal prep!

• WHAT TYPES OF MEAL PREP PORTIONS DO YOU SERVE?

We offer Invidual Portioned Meal Prep Containers with specific ounce restrictions to Bulk Containers such as 3 Pounds of Fajita Chicken (very popular) which saves space in a fridge and allows you to portion yourself or feed a larger group with ease!
